Pilot Program FAQ
-
What does a pilot cost?
Pilots are paid programs. During the pilot, you keep 100% of the revenue from charging services and any advertising opportunities. This allows you to test the business model while generating income from day one.
-
How long does a pilot last?
Pilots typically run from two weeks up to two months. This flexible duration allows you to collect meaningful data and evaluate the solution without long-term commitment. Extensions are possible based on results and mutual interest.
-
What happens after the pilot?
Based on pilot results, you can: (1) Continue with a full commercial deployment, (2) Extend the pilot with adjusted parameters, or (3) Conclude the pilot with no further obligation. We'll provide a detailed report with recommendations.
-
Do we need special permits or approvals?
Requirements vary by location. We'll help identify necessary permits during the feasibility phase. In most cases, pilots on private property (parking lots, airports) require minimal approvals. Public space deployments may need municipal permits.
-
Can we integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. Rollyy can integrate with parking management systems, fleet software, payment platforms, and energy management systems via API. We'll discuss integration requirements during pilot planning.
-
Where are pilots currently available?
We're actively deploying in Finland (Espoo, Oulu, Vantaa Airport) and expanding to Portugal, Spain, and the Netherlands. Interested in another location? Contact us—we're open to new markets with the right partners.
